Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the product. We provide the following return conditions:

1. Product Condition: The returned product must be unused and keep the original packaging and accessories.

2. Return Process: Please contact our customer service team by email (service@icebath.cc) and provide the order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return address and specific operation instructions.

3. Refund Processing: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund within 7 working days. The refund will be returned to the payment method used when you purchased it.

- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Some customized products do not accept returns, please refer to the product page instructions for details.
